All properties at Aegean Hills benefit from freehold ownership. This means that you will have the eternal right to the land and buildings within your plot, and a share in the communal land and facilities at Aegean Hills.
Once you have selected the villa you would like to buy at Aegean Hills, you will pay a reservation fee of £2,000.
This document identifies the site, your individual plot details, build specifications, payment terms and the general obligations of both parties. Your first stage payment of 20% of the purchase price is due at this stage (less your reservation fee of £2,000.)
The sales process finishes once all building works are satisfactorily completed. At this stage, the Title Deed of the land is transferred into your name and your Land Registry Tax is paid. This is 3% of your purchase price.
