Villa prices have gone up on 1st of September 2008
Bank valuations have shown a steady increase in property value at Aegean Hills of approximately 15% per year for the last two years. Currently we are selling villas at between €211,000 and €242,500 and the bank valuations for clients purchasing with mortgages are €226,000 and €258,000 respectively. We will have increased the prices on the first of September for the remaining villas and these will be priced from €225,000
